Energy Bagua is a walking meditation, it’s an effective and easy-to-learn method of spiritual practice taught by Grandmaster JinBodhi. It is particularly good for health and well-being as it can quickly restore vital energy.
Energy Bagua integrates movement and stillness and is based on the balance of yin and yang. By simply walking around a tree, practitioners harmonise with the energy of Heaven and Earth, become one with Nature and feel relaxation of body, mind and spirit.
